
William A. Dykeman and Henry L. Rosenthal, Jr., principals of Dykeman & Rosenthal, have over sixty-five years combined legal experience. Mr. Rosenthal is a lifelong resident of Winchester and Mr. Dykeman has lived in Winchester and the Bluegrass area of Central Kentucky since 1973. M. Stanley Goeing lives in Winchester and became an associate in 2005.
The law office of Dykeman & Rosenthal is located in the historic William Hickman House, Winchester’s oldest residence, and similar in structure to those found at Shakertown and Williamsburg, Virginia. Our offices are convenient to Lexington, Richmond, Paris, Mt. Sterling, Clay City, Stanton and all communities located along the Mountain Parkway and much of I-64 and I-75 in Kentucky.
The initial consultation in contingency cases is free. Upon your decision to employ the services of Dykeman & Rosenthal we will discuss our fees, which in many cases are determined by a portion of the recovery. In a contingency case, should there be no recovery, we collect no fees.
